At 9 am, staff members move the patient by sliding him down the hallway in a chair.

At 9:27 am, the patient is wheeled down the hall by paramedics.

At 8:57 am, staffers check on the patient and lift him from his chair to another to move him.

Staff members change the patient's shirt at 6:59 am. At this point, he has been in the same chair for almost 10 hours.

Staff members play cards and finish their game, turning out the lights and leaving the patient alone in the room at 11:25 pm.

At 8:23 pm, the patient's vital signs are taken and he is seated against the wall just behind a table where staffers are playing cards.

At 8:16 pm, the patient comes to receive medication, falling to the floor once during the process.
