Light-sport airplanes and FAA regs open the skies

Don Buckey, flying his light-sport airplane, is part of a growing community of pilots who have attained a new level of licensing under 2004 FAA regulations which allow for 20 hours of instruction compared to the 40 hours which had been the standard for almost 50 years.
