Jerry Adams
Tue, 06/09/2009 - 12:29 — KolchackkWhy does the N&O continually take the side of these inmates? If an inmate has truly been wronged or convicted of a crime they did not commit by all means the N&O should report on it and those responsible. Jerry Adams has a criminal history going back to 1976, he IS undesirable to society and is right where he should be. He has been charged as a Habitual Felon no fewer than eight times in his extensive criminal history. All but twice the Habitual Felon charge was dropped by the State due to his guilty plea on lesser charges. He was also acquitted once and convicted once as a Habitual Felon. It appears to me this story is nothing more than the N&O’s manufactured attempt to sell more papers.
