Families cherish first time as Americans as U.S. citizens at a ceremony at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Raleigh Field Office on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008. The event drew 80 kids that were under the age of 14 for the morning ceremony and about 70 for those 14 and older in the afternoon.
