Wine and chocolate tasting

Hillsborough Wine Co. and Matthew’s Chocolates are pairing up for a tasting from 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Dec. 12. If you always wanted to see how chocolatier Matthew Shepard’s treats go with wine, this is your chance to taste before buying.
The wines and the chocolates will be available at a discount for purchase.
Hillsborough Wine Co. is located at 118 S. Churton St. in downtown Hillsborough.

I do love wine tasting
Wed, 11/25/2009 - 10:22 — cauliflowermadnessI do love wine tasting events. we recently held one in our home and invited lots of friends and family around. The only problem was, since we were only drinking a little bit of the bottles as it was just to sample and most had work the next day, we need to save the wine for another day and that proved quite difficult. Lesson learned: have a wine tasting event on the weekend.
