Book looks AWESOME! Pick me! Pick me!

Interesting trend using Momofuku as a title. There's a Elvis Costello disc by the same name.
I would be very interested in a copy of the book. I find his style of cooking fascinating and I'd love to own a copy. Consider me entered...

No Lantern dinner, No NYC visits, may I have the cookbook please

Alright. Let me just cut to the chase. Could not afford the Lantern dinner and a trip to NYC et Noodle Bar is probably not likely this year!

A visit from David Chang out to my house (I'm in Mebane, it is a trek, small kitchen!) would be wonderful but ok instead perhaps may I have the cookbook, please?

Many thanks.

contest

Yes, I'd love to win a cookbook.

David Chang

My daughter and I were excited to see the article about David Chang. My daughter, 10 years old, went to NYC last summer to visit her uncle and he always takes her to the "in" restaurants in NYC, and Momofuku was one of them. When she came home and told me where she went I thought she was mispronouncing the name! She really liked it and we would like to see him in Chapel Hill next week - with his new book of course!!! Thanks.

Here's my entry too!

Please, please cookbook!
I'll make you a crack pie....

David Chang

I do know some people who are going to either of the dining events at the Lantern and some people who have actually gotten reservations at one of his Momofuku restaurants. Watching him on the Travel channel makes my mouth water, and would love to have his book to add to my slowly building collection. The news that a pastry based book is coming from his pastry chef is even more exciting! Put me in the "raffle".

Thanks!

MOMOFUKU

I would absolutely love to win a copy of David Chang's cookbook. I have never eaten at his restaurants but friends report that his meals are sensational. I understand he worked in Virginia before New York - I regret not knowing about him before he moved to the Big Apple.

Momofuku cookbook

I've eaten at Momofuku Milk a few times and recently enjoyed the fried chicken dinner at Momofuku Noodle Bar. I have yet to be disappointed. I always have the pork buns at Noodle Bar becuase they are so delightful. Even though David Chang does not like the word, "fusion", he does it well.

Momofuku

Would love to win a copy. I've been dying to visit one of the Momofuku restaurants for some time now!! :)

My entry

Just putting in my entry to win the cookbook, thanks!

Momofuku

Hey! Thanks for this opportunity! Hope to win the book, and then make it to A Southern Season next week!
Chef Chang didn't appear to be very chatty--

He wasn't but my questions

He wasn't but my questions were short.

Some food writers had warned me that he swears a lot but he didn't at all during our conversation.

manners

He certainly had nice manners with Martha!

Will you be at A Southern Season Tuesday?

steamed pork buns!!!

I had an awesome experience at the Momofoku Noodle Bar during a visit to NYC last March. Ramen + steamed pork buns = great late-night meal! Would love to have this cookbook.

Momofuku Cookbook

I'd love to win his cookbook, especially after watching him cook on the Martha Stewart show!

Momofuku

one chance in thousands I would guess, but if you don't take that chance, you have none at all- a win would be incredible.

Heck Yeah!

Yes please, there was no way we could score tickets to the dinner at Lantern and no way we could could score reservations at the restaurant in NY, but maybe, just maybe with your help - we can score this awesome cookbook!

Chang cookbook

Count me in. Like I have room for another cookbook. So I'll make room.

win a copy

I love to cook and my kids are are raman noodle crazed. Would love to have this cookbook as this is a type of food that I can't cook off the cuff and I love David Chang's style. Would love to master pork buns and many of his other delights.

David Chang Cookbook

In 2002, I visited a friend in New Jersey. She took me into NYC to pay respects at the site of the 911 tragedy. It was very emotional. Her children became hungry and we decided to get lunch. However, the kids insisted on eating at a fast food restaurant. I was disappointed because I wanted to try one of the excellent small restaurants that NYC is known for. To my everlasting surprise, in the small building near Wall St, was a noodle bar next to the fast food choice. It was absolutely the best noodle bowl I have ever had in my life! Somehow, it seemed fitting. In the midst of tragedy, the beauty and ethnicity of NYC lived on.

I don't remember the name of that spot. But, my guess is David Chang is at least as good or even better. It would be a delight to win a copy of his cookbook.

Cook Book

I would like this please, thanks.

I have been dreaming about

I have been dreaming about his pork buns ever since I heard an interview with him on NPR. I would love to win this cookbook!

Momofuku

The cookbook looks so interesting! I would love to win!

Momofuko Cookbook

I actually tried making his Bo Saam, bought all the Korean ingredients at the oriental store across from Sams in Durham and after all the marinating and slow cooking, it wasn't worth all the time and trouble. I'd love to see David's recipe to try and figure out what went wrong. Also, I'd like to try making the pork buns - like mu shu pork sandwiches on overdrive.

Signing on to win a cookbook.... thanks!
