UPDATE:

I was sent 2 free tickets to Sunday's Pittsboro Pepper Festival. Per the N&O's ethics policy, I'm not allowed to accept free tickets, free food or any such items.

And so, my ethical dilemma is your gain. Leave a comment below this post before 5 p.m. TODAY to be entered to win the tickets. I'll choose a winner tonight and leave the tickets at the N&O's front desk for you to pick up for a fun Sunday afternoon.

WE LOVE PEPPERS

We would sure enjoy seeing what the Pepper Festival is all about.

Peppers

Willy picked a peck of pickled peppers. I'd like to go!

Pepper Affectioandos

My wife Cathy and I love to creat new pepper dishes, and would really enjoy spending time at the Festival and meeting the various growers and folks preparing differnt items.  I'm sure that it will be a great event.  Our five (5) daughters have really embraced the idea as well and are starting to created their own dishes.

Thanks for the chance...Robert and Cathy

I have a farmer friend and I grow peppers too...we'd love to research the varieties on hand!

I'm all about the local food movement! I'd love to go! Thanks for offering them!

Love to go!

I would love to check out the Pittsboro Pepper Festival!  I have heard great things about it and haven't been able to go the past couple of years.

My husband and I would love

My husband and I would love to go to the pepper festival. He is dying to try all the different peppers. He's a spicy food nut.
