The Q Shack at North Hills now serving farm-to-table breakfast

Bookmark and Share

The Q Shack at North Hills in Raleigh is now serving breakfast seven days a week.

The Q Shack has long used local pork and beef for its barbecue. Now they are smoking their own thick-cut bacon, making their own sausage and are using farm fresh local eggs for breakfast. The menu also includes sweet potato tots and slow-cooked stone ground grits with Ashe County hoop cheese. Prices range from $2.99 to $5.99 for breakfast sandwiches to entrees. The hours are 7-10 a.m. Mondays to Saturdays and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sundays.
