Tasty Beverage Co. coming to downtown Raleigh

Bookmark and Share

Tasty Beverage Co. is coming to downtown Raleigh's Warehouse district this summer. The store will open in the Raleigh Depot between Jibarra and Tuscan Blu.

Business partners Johnny Belflower and Sean Pratt, a web developer and legal courier respectively, are craft beer enthusiasts who wanted a dedicated beer store in Raleigh. They decided to open a store like Bruisin' Ales in Asheville. Belflower points out that they will have a larger tasting bar with 4 to 6 draft beers and offer local meats and cheeses from such producers as Chapel Hill Creamery and Giacomo's Italian Market. He said they hope to get their building permits this week, begin renovations and be open this summer.

(I'll keep Mouthful readers posted as they get closer to an opening date.)
