Special wine dinner picnic at Celebrity Dairy

Bookmark and Share

On Sunday, August 16, Celebrity Dairy will host a special picnic-style wine dinner pairing foods prepared by Bonne Soirée chef Chip Vaughan and wines distributed by Rosenthal Wine Merchants in New York.

The al fresco event begins with hors d'oeuvres at 1:30, followed by a lavish sit-down spread whose highlights include Cane Creek Farm pork terrine, pickled shrimp, chilled poached salmon with sauce gribiche, and French potato salad. Trey Stevenson, Southern representative for Rosenthal, will be on hand to discuss the wines.

Price for the dinner is a bargain $75, including wines, tax and tip. Call Celebrity Dairy at 919-742-5176 for reservations.
