Next week, August 31-September 4, J. Betski's will offer food and drink specials throughout the week. Here's the schedule:

Monday: free pierogi with purchase of an entree; Syvturys Ekstra 16.9 ounce $4

Tuesday: pork schnitzel/draft pairing $16

Wednesday: roasted pork, sauerkraut and sausage sampler plate $16

Thursday: half rack of St. Louis cut ribs with sauerkraut $7

Friday: pierogi and sausage sampler for two $10

Get 'em while you can. Betski's will close for its annual vacation September 5-9.
