Each Tuesday, I share what interests me out in the blogosphere.
Another one of my favorite personal finance blogs is The Simple Dollar: Trent Hamm, the author, has had a couple recent posts about cooking at home as a way to save money. I thought these posts might interest you folks.
- Eating what you have on hand
- Lessons from How Low Can You Go, which tracks what Trent learned while cooking recipes found on NPR's "How Low Can You Go" series. The recipes feed a family of four for $10.
There is lots to think about how we all can save money on groceries and do better jobs with meal planning. Or at least, I find I need regular inspiration to keep on track.
