Raleigh City Council's Law and Public Safety committee is hearing a request to allow food trucks on Raleigh city streets at its meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 25.

If you want to share your thoughts with council members Mary-Ann Baldwin, John Odom or Eugene Weeks who serve on that committee, here are their e-mail addresses:

If you'd like to share your thoughts with the entire council, go HERE for e-mail addresses for all the council members.

There also is a NC food trucks advocacy group. You can share your opinion on its website as well. Go HERE.

Dick Gordon's The Story had a nice segment earlier this month with Mike Stenke, the owner of the Klausie's Pizza truck. He's been a main instigator in getting the city council to act.
