Pork Belly Alert!

Jujube in Chapel Hill is now serving a slow roasted five-spice pork belly with warm truffled potato salad and soft poached egg.

I tasted it last night and it was wonderful. This is no puny piece of pork belly. It was the size of the palm of my hand and enough for two people to split, if you would let someone else even taste your pork belly.
