Looking for New Year's Eve's dinner plans?
Raleigh's Zely & Ritz has released its New Year's Eve menu:
- First course: Tuna carpaccio with radish, daikon, celery, arugula and passion fruit sauce or a hearty warm salad with brown rice, lentils, edamame and a tangy sauce or smoked ham and hoop blue cheese quiche with mixed greens and blue cheese crumble vinaigrette.
- Second course: crispy Kadaifi-crusted grouper with broccoli, creamy herb risotto and fresh herb sauce or orange-glazed chicken with carrots and bok choy with carrot ginger claze or grilled and slow roasted ribeye with roasted fingerling potatoes, beets and caramelized onions with red wine sauce.
- Third course: A shared plate of flourless chocolate truffle cake, warm apple strudel, pine nut tart and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
Dinner is served with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Dancing starts at 10 p.m.
It costs $45 per person until 8 p.m. or $60 per person after 9 p.m.
