If you are a fan of the "Mariner's Menu" cookbook, you'll be happy to learn that the cookbook has spawned a new blog. The blog offers seafood recipes, safety information, preparation tips and information on local fisheries and traditions.
I love the short interview with Ocracoke fisherman James B. Gaskill. I hope they do more of those.
