I will use any excuse to bake. Halloween is several days away but these
goodies are calling my name and I'm thinking why wait. There is no time
like the present, right? These treats are called "blondies" for they have the
texture of brownies sans the cocoa powder. I've made these before minus
the Halloween theme. I skipped the parchment paper and used a well-oiled
glass baking dish instead.
