UPDATE: The folks at Fearrington changed the dates of the Behind the Scenes celebration to September but didn't send out a revised press release. Sept. 10th is  the new dates.

Fearrington Village is celebrating 30 years later this month with a "Behind the Scenes Experience."

Guests can check in either Friday, July 23 or Saturday, July 24 for a one-night Inn package that includes a personal tour of the kitchen with chef Colin Bedford, discussion of the wine program from wine director Maximillian Kast, tour of the formal gardens with master gardener Wendy Moses and discussions with organic farmer Anne Stomp in the kitchen gardens. Of course, food is included with a traditional English tea, a gourmet breakfast and a four-course dinner complete with wine pairings. The cost starts at $575 per couple.

Also, the inn is offering special summer rates until Sept. 30th. For $375 per couple, you can enjoy a luxurious night at the inn, a three-course dinner at the Fearrington  House Restaurant, a traditional English tea and a gourmet breakfast.
