Your article left a couple of questions unanswered. Can you taste the difference in coffee made with a plastic funnel from that made with a ceramic funnel? Why should coffee not be kept in the freezer, especially when you will keep it for more than two weeks? How can one get freshly roasted coffee if you live out in the boonies -- not close to the Triangle?
