Zely & Ritz is hosting the new Eno chef Marco Shaw this week. He will be cooking Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday while Chef Sarig Agasi takes a vacation.
So this is your chance to get a preview of the farm-focused Eno restaurant, which is months away from opening in Durham.
Shaw, who came from the Fife Restaurant in Portland, will be offering a three-course tasting menu for $65 but the whole table has to order it. He also will be offering a weekly special, either meat or vegetarian with the whole meal on one plate, for $13.95.
