Chef Vivian Howard and her husband, Ben Knight, are the focus of "A Chef's Life," a 13-episode documentary and cooking show that premieres 9:30 p.m. Thursday on UNC-TV.

Howard and Knight left New York City to open their restaurant, Chef and the Farmer, in her native Kinston.

To see a trailer from the show, go HERE. And be sure to check out my interview with Howard and producer Cynthia Hill in Wednesday's paper.

(We published the wrong date of the premiere in the paper today and so I want to make sure Mouthful readers will know when to tune in.)
