The Handmaidens are back with Raleigh's next Handmade Market on Saturday. This time, the event will be held at Marbles Kids Museum at 201 E. Hargett St. in downtown Raleigh from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
As usual, the market will have handmade items from 50 designers, many from North Carolina, including T-shirt designer Adam Peele, jeweler Sonya Caulson Rook designing under the name Metamorphosis Metals and clothing designer Bliss Alexander-Smith.
The first 500 shoppers get free goodie bags, courtesy of Ornamentea.
At the event, make a donation to the fundraiser to benefit Wake County Autism Society and you'll get a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a goodie basket.
