Palin's new $150,000 wardrobe

Bookmark and Share

The Associated Press is reporting that Sarah Palin will donate to charity the $150,000 in clothing and accessories that the Republican National Committee bought for her and her family recently.

$150,000?! Shoot, makes me want to be someone's running mate (umm ... only for about 10 seconds while I fantasize about all the new clothes and shoes!)!

The RNC spent more than $49,000 at Saks Fifth Avenue stores in St. Louis and New York and $75,000 in Neiman Marcus in Minneapolis (presumably for her speech at the RNC convention). The RNC also spent money at Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Barneys New York.

Which makes me wonder, what charity is getting the goods after the election?

Once again the N&O is

Once again the N&O is showing it's Democratic bias.

Running this story on the front page, give me a break.  This is another obvious attempt to marginalize Sarah Palin.

Why wasn't the Joe Biden gaffe about "testing Barack" run on the frontpage.  Instead it was buried deeper in the section, and initially it was buried inside of an article.

Biden is a loose cannon and he WILL be a problem for the US as VP.  Why are the newspapers basically ignoring that?
