GrooveFest fashion show canceled

Bookmark and Share

The fashion show that was set to take place Thursday as part of Cameron Village's GrooveFest has been canceled. Part of the reason for the cancellation, it turns out, has to do with the sorority sisters who were to be the models in the show. They are on some sort of H1N1 flu virus lock-down.

But there's still plenty of fashion fun happening this week at Cameron Village. The merchants and employees are supposed to be dressed up all week in their favorite fashion from the 1960s.

Oh no!!!! It does spread

Oh no!!!! It does spread like wildfire on college campuses with close living situations apparently :-( But then again, so does the regular flu.
