The N&O's Trianglemom2mom.com has some good news for those who want to go to prom but not might able to afford a new dress or if you have a dressor two that you need to get out of your closet.
Here's what's posted on the blog ...
Apex United Methodist Church will have Prom Shoppe on Saturday for girls who can't afford to purchase their own dress. The shop has about 50 gowns from church members and the community but they need more. They'll take bridesmaid dresses, cocktail dresses or any kind of fancier frock.
You can drop the dresses off at the church all day today until about 7 p.m.

This project will really help them fulfil their princess-dream! I am sorry this sort of charity projects are not advertised more! They should have a site, like this Donate Boat charity program has. Like this they would be able to accept dresses from all over the world... even from Hollywood stars! :)
