Holiday Tequila Dinner at Zely & Ritz

Just got word that there are still a few seats left for this Wednesday's Holiday Tequila Dinner at Zely & Ritz. The dinner starts at 7pm with a Bloody Maria made with Don Eduardo silver, followed by four courses:

1st Course:

Joe Thompson’s Fresh Water Prawn Ceviche

Cilantro Coacktail with Lemongrass & Lime

Tequila: Herradura Silver

 

2nd Course:

Duck Confit with Pumpkin Salad

Pumpkin Margarita

 Tequila: Herradura Reposado

 

3rd Course:

Slow Roasted, Cane Sugar Rubbed Fresh Ham with Sweet Potato Gratin

Tequila: Herradura Anejo served neat

 

4th Course:

 Mexican Chocolate Cake 

Mexican Coffee with Larry’s Beans Espresso, Kahlua & El Jimador Silver Tequila 

Cost for the dinner is $79 ($50 without the spirits). Call 828-0018 for reservations.
