Greek Easter celebrations at area restaurants

Two area restaurants have announced plans for a traditional Greek Easter celebration this Sunday, April 19.

 

Taverna Nikos

Spit-roasted lamb in addition to the regular menu, DJ and belly dancers, starting at 12 noon. 

Xios

800 W. Williams St., in Peakway Market Square, Apex

Traditional Orthodox Greek Easter brunch including spit-roasted lamb, tsoureki Easter bread and more. Festivities from 1:30-6pm.

I missed the celebration

I missed it this April but next April I will surely get there. I have been to both Taverna Nikos and Xios and I think both are good.Traditional Orthodox Ikaria Greece Easter brunch - spit-roasted lamb, tsoureki Easter bread and more. Aha I am waiting.
