The inches are melting away

Last week was another great week with my weight loss.  I am very happy to say that I have lost another 4.5 pounds!  I couldn't be happier!  The support and encouragement they give me at the Medi Weight Loss Clinic really helps to keep me motivated.  For the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to seeing my doctor.  It feels great.  They continue to help me work through my eating habits.  I have actually learned the difference between  hunger pains and just being bored or upset.  I am still journaling.  I record every bite that I consume, even the littlest of tastes.  I make sure to drink my water every day, all 128 ounces of it!  I continue to go to the gym every day except for Thursdays.  The freedom I am feeling at this point is awesome.
I also have noticed inches melting away.  Once you reach your first 30 pound goal, they measure you again and take new pictures to capture your changes.  I was very happy to find out that not only had I lost 30 pounds but I had also lost 3 inches off of my waist.  I have had to buy new clothes.  I have gone from a 32 in pants to a 22, and that is now starting to be loose.  I am now in a 1X shirt, huge difference from the 5X, I use to wear.  I think the craziest change is my shoes.  I have noticed that my shoes are becoming more loose and I am having to constantly retie them so they will fit.
Tomorrow is a new day and another weigh in.  I am nervous about my weigh in tomorrow.  We went to great Wolf Lodge for the weekend.  I was not as disciplined in what I chose to eat as I usually am,  while I was there. I didn't go to the gym while we were there either.  I am really hoping that the four stories of stairs that we had to climb each  time we went down the water slides helped to offset the splurge of my eating choices. We will find out tomorrow.  I will let you know how it goes.
