Surpassing expectations

I have started using the eliptical for 100 minutes every day instead of rotating days. I also push myself while working out by monitoring my heart rate and trying to keep it elevated at what is considered a cardio rate for me.
I have dropped another two sizes in my pants and am now in a size 20w. I went through my clothes and got rid of all my larger sized clothes. I wanted to make sure I had nothing to go back to, just in case temptation came along. I realized tonight that I am going to have to invest in some work out clothes. I have tried not to buy any as of yet, still trying to workout in the 5x shirts and pants, but it's becoming more difficult to do so. The larger clothes have a tendency to want to slide up, down, around....well you get the idea!
My weekly weigh in at Medi-Clinic went even better than I could have hoped for. I was astonished to find out that I had actually surpassed my own goal of 3-4 pounds per week. I am very happy to say that I lost 7 pounds this week! I have so much energy. I love the way I feel now. I can't ever imagine going back to what I used to be.
Thank you again for taking time to follow me in this journey. It means a great deal to me to know people care so much about others and their struggles. For me, this has been a lifelong struggle. For the first time in my life, I feel like there is a light at the end of the dark tunnel and this time it's not the train coming head on!
