Reaching a goal

This has been a good week. I have been very loyal to my promise to myself to go to the gym every day this week. I had a goal of 30 pounds in six weeks. I knew that in order to meet this goal, I had to keep myself on track with the gym. I have maintained my journaling and continue to write down every single thing I eat or drink. I am sticking to the strict lean protein diet and it is working. I drink 128 ounces of water every day and have been in ketosis since the first week. I love this program. It is so easy to follow and I am never hungry!
I went back to Medi Clinic today for my weekly check up. I have to say I was very pleased with my results. I lost 3 more pounds this week and 4 pounds of body fat. Let me explain the weight loss. The computer they weigh you on, is really cool. It not only tells you your body weight and BMI, but it breaks down your weight into several different catagories. The first one is total weight. Then it shows body fat, lean body mass and water weight. Along with the weights, it also gives you percentages of your body's compostion.
I have now reached my first goal. My next goal being on the program is another 30 pounds. I would like to achieve this in 6 weeks again. I know that this time it will be a little more difficult considering that with this past goal, I lost over 12 pounds in the first week. I know I won't be able to lose that much in a week again, but I am going to try my hardest to stay within the 3-4 pounds per week. Considering the time frame, I am still going to try for six weeks and hope for the best.
I continue to recieve my weekly injections at Medi Clinic of B12 and B1/B6. I believe they really help me to stay with the program. I go on Mondays to get my midweek injections and then on Thursdays for another set of the injections, my follow up appointment and my weigh in. I will let you know how that goes week by week. I hope you all have a great night and wonderul weekend. God Bless!
