This week has been going much better. A coworker and I are continuing to go to the gym. We went yesterday and worked out for two and a half hours! Having someone to work out with really helps to keep you motivated. I did weigh in on Wednesday like I said I would. As you may remember from last week, I was really bummed out that I let myself down by gaining back twelve of the pounds I had lost last year. I am happy to report that as of Wednesday, I have lost 6 of those 12 pounds.
I am working really hard to continue back on my track. I have started back on the Jorge Cruise Belly Fat Diet. This was how I managed to lose the 108 pounds last year, so I figured if it worked the first time, it will work now. For those of you who aren't familiar with this plan, it is a type of low carb, low sugar plan. You count only carbs and sugar....nothing else. It is a very easy program to follow and I am proof that it works! I just found out from Jorge Cruise's FB blog that his plan will be showcased on The Rachel Ray Show on Jan. 31. It is definitely worth watching!
I will continue on with my food plan and the exercising and let you know how it goes. Next week will be harder, I fear, as I have inventory at work and that always gets my nerves tore up. Please continue to keep up with my blog, as I welcome any and all conversation regarding the whole weight issue. If you have any ideas that might help or just want to post your own accomplishments, please do so. I would love to know how others are working to achieve their weight goals.
