Plain and simple – it’s group exercise.
Since February, I’ve participated in a group “TRX” class twice a week. The commitment comes from the fact that I’ve paid a little extra for this class and I hate paying for something that I don’t use. Additionally, the class is usually made up of the same folks and the same instructor. We’ve all gotten to know each other’s exercise goals and accomplishments and there is an obvious comfort in exercising with familiar faces.
If you’re dreading the gym or find your exercise motivation lacking, I would highly recommend finding a good group exercise program; commit to it for one month, measure your progress and desire to continue, season to taste.
