Muriel Watson writes: I am taking my lunch every day I work.  I am making sure to count my carbs and sugar intake and trying hard not to give into the temptations of the deli bakery at work  And now all of my deli-bakery team is joining me on my journey for a healthier me(us). 

We are following different plans, but all have the same objective in mind....healthy living.  I can truly say I don't want to be skinny, just healthy.  I want to lose 100 pounds, but some of the others just want to lose 10, 25 or 40 pounds to mention a few. 

I think that it will help us so much more by doing it together than doing it alone.  I am so lucky to have such wonderful coworkers that are willing to travel this journey with me.  I can't wait to see where this road will take us.
