The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority makes sure that prices and quality for food and other goods at the airport are pretty much the same as you'd find them down the street. But wireless internet prices are steep at RDU -- and WiFi quality is spotty.

Still, lots of airport travelers are willing to pay $7.95 per session for WiFi. RDU will rake in about $240,000 this year as its share of these payments to AT&T.
