State Department of Transportation engineers will brief residents and businesses on plans for rebuilding part of Glenwood Avenue at a meeting Thursday afternoon near Five Points.

The meeting is planned for 4 to 6 p.m. at the Rialto Theater, 1620 Glenwood Ave.  Engineers will discuss plans to replace old concrete slabs and repave Glenwood from Five Points to Wade Avenue. The work is expected to take several weeks and require traffic delays and detours.

For more information call the DOT project engineer, Jeff Allen, at 733-9499.
