The grocery deals are good this week, especially if you're willing to go that extra mile and shop two or three stores for the very best deals at each. Lowes Foods came out with a surprise set of store coupons this week; Harris Teeter is offering dozens of BOGO deals along with a handful of Buy 2, Get 3 Free deals. And for the second week in a row, Food Lion is offering double coupons up to 99 cents in the Triangle and Fayetteville.
All of the stores also have corned beef brisket and cabbage on sale in honor of St. Patrick's Day, but Lowes Foods has the lowest price on the corned beef at just $2.88 per pound.
Read on for all the very best deals at Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi. For easier comparison, I've also included Sunday's Kroger deals at the bottom of the post.

The double coupon rules:
- Up to 20 coupons may be doubled per customer per visit per day. That means, similar to Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods, customers may only double 20 coupons per day.
- Coupons up to 99 cents in value will be doubled. That means a coupon with a face value of 75 cents, for example, will be worth $1.50.
- Coupons must match the items purchased.
- No cash back will be given for coupons that exceed the price of the item.
- The double coupon promo doesn't address the number of identical coupons a customer may use. Food Lion's regular coupon policy states no more than 10 identical coupons can be used in a transaction.

Yoplait deals at Lowe's
Wed, 03/14/2012 - 13:20 — claire7676I just did the Yoplait deals at Lowe's Foods yesterday (the same specials were in effect). It actually ended up costing me more:
Yoplait yogurt with granola priced at 2 for $4, less $1/2 coupon, less $0.75/1 coupon (which doubled) was $1.50 for two.
Yoplait frozen smoothies, at 2 for $4 with in store coupon, less $0.75/1 coupon (which doubled) was $2.50 for two.
Just FYI.....
