The big grocery store news this week, of course, is Super Doubles at Harris Teeter. Click HERE to read my incredibly long list of good deals, including free milk and butter and nearly two dozen other grocery items under $1.
Keep reading this post for other Harris Teeter deals on ground beef, chicken breasts, shrimp and Tilapia.

Beyond Super Doubles, there's a new set of three-week in-store coupons at Lowes Foods, along with some nice deals on store-brand cleaning products.
Food Lion has good deals on hummus, bone-in chicken breasts and deli ham.
And Aldi has its usual good deals on product, including cantaloupe for $1.49 each.

For easier price comparisons, I've also added the Kroger deals from Sunday to the bottom of the list.

Keep reading for the full list and please add any good deals you find while shopping.
