Pretty good shoping trip. I used paper and digit coupons. 

My $1.25 for Jello pudding, etc. wasn't on the list and they only gave me $.55 twice for the $1.00 Nivea coupon. In addition, I had 18 coupons and only 16 were doubled. I wish I had written a list of coupons and their values.

Some deals I found I thought were pretty good Honey Nut Chex cereal at Harris Teeter and Progresso Soup at Lowes Foods.  If you don't load the electronic coupons onto your shopper cards at each store....you definitely should. 

Harris Teeter had an electronic coupon for $1.00/2 Chex cereals.  Harris Teeter has them on sale for $2.50 and there was a shelf tag that said if you buy 2 you get 1 free.  With the VIC savings...it was $7.50 for 4.  Then I used two $1.00/2 manufacturers paper coupons which doubled making it $3.50 for 4.  Then the $1.00 electronic coupon came off making them $2.50 for 4....or 63 cents each.

Lowes Foods also has the Progresso soups on sale for 4/$5.00.  There was an electronic coupon for $2.00 off 8 cans.  I purchased 8 cans....used 2 of the $1.00/4 manufacturers paper coupons and then got the $2.00 electronic coupon off.  Although the manufacturers coupon did not double....the soup being on sale help to make them come out to 75 cents per can.  Great deal stacking with the electronic coupon without any doubling.

I got up early and went right when super doubles started because usually when I get there nothing is left! I'm glad I did! I spent $7.91 and saved $45.48!

Blue Diamond Almonds BOGO - $1 coupon doubled purchased with Blue Diamond NutThins BOGO - $1 coupon doubled. Got a $4 off future purchase register coupon with purchase of 4 blue diamond products! Moneymaker!

Wolfgang puck pasta sauce on special for $2 - $1 coupon doubled. Got a $0.75 future purchase register coupon with purchase of one wolfgang pucks.  There is also a $1 off 2 Wolfgang pucks eVIC electronic coupon that you can use if you buy 2.  That will give you a $1.50 off future purchase register coupon! Moneymaker!

I know there are lots of milk deals out there right now but if you are a soy milk drinker you can get a 1/2 gallon of 8th continent soymilk for $0.87 with the coupons.com $1 off interent coupon (doubled).

Free Philadelphia cooking creme (I love this stuff for making alfredo sauce, chowders or artichoke spinach dip). $1.57 in my Evic specials email this morning - $1 off internet coupon (doubled).

Nasoya Tofu: $0.19 with $1 off coupon(doubled) from newsletter/website and recently posted on Mambo Sprouts E-coupons page.

WhoNu cookies: $0.50 with $1 off coupon (doubled)

Lightlife Tempeh: $0.49 with $1 off internet coupon (doubled) from company website.

12 pack cans Nestle sparking water: $1.50 with $1 off internet coupon (doubled) from foodlion.com or from peelie found on some 12-pack boxes in the store

Coffeemate Natural Bliss creamer Free with $1.00 internet coupon (doubled) and $0.50 eVic ecoupon.

Also got a good deal ($0.50 each) on large sized Muir Glen canned tomatoes with coupons.com $0.75 internet coupon (doubled).

Have been two days now, and used my max of 20 coupons both days.  Forgot all about the SavingStar offers, but realized today when I went to load new ones that the Fleischmann's yeast I bought with a coupon will also yield a SavingStar credit.  :-)

Bought 6 pks of Vanity Fair napkins today (100 ct on sale for $2.50), and used three $1.25 off 2 coupons, but didn't realize until later that they did not double.  Nor did the cashier tell me they weren't doubling, so I went to CS intending to return them because they weren't a low enough price for me without the coupons doubling.  They gave me cash back - nice surprise!  I am very thankful for how much HT is helping me to stretch the grocery dollars!

I did some regular shopping in addition to my couponing, but I got about $70 worth of stuff for $30. 

Some of my favorites were:

• Old Spice body wash for the hubs: on vic for $3.49, plus bogo coupon, plus $1 digital coupon =$1.25 each for two
• Crest Mouth Wash: on vic for $4.49 for the big bottle, plus $2 digital coupon, plus $.75 regular coupon= $.99
• Febreze Air Effects: on vic for $2.99, plus $1 digital coupon, plus $1 paper coupon =free! 
• Nestle baking morsels (all varieties): On vic 2/$5, plus $.75/2 digital coupon, plus $.75/3 paper coupon =$5.25 for 3 bags. Not amazing, but pretty good for holiday baking
• Gillete body wash: on vic for $3.49, plus $1 digital coupon, plus $1 paper coupon =$.49

spent $28.69, saved $70.12 = 71% savings. Not extreme but works for me. Most of my order was in the laundry aisle- an expensive place to shop. Plus only 29 cents each  for 3 full size bags of Krunchers,  and  2 Qts Gold Peak Ice Teas. A nice little treat for all that clipping. Will return today to take advantage of my senior discount too. 

I like to go for the higher priced items like the Wonderful pistachios which are normally 5.99. 3.99 is much better. 4.69 Splenda for 2.69 is a good deal and 3.99 Nutella for 1.99 is very good.  In all I spent $57.75 and saved $40.55 with my coupons. I think I did very well.

I tried the HT in Apex this afternoon and unfortunately most everything I wanted was out of stock.  I only managed to get 1- 8th Continent Soy milk, 1- Wholly Guacamole, 4- Blue Diamond Almond cans, 3- travel size Neutrogeena hand creams, 2 - Dawn and then 2 - Edy's half fat ice creams to make up for the lack of success (BOGO).   I spent $10.89, saved 32.93 and got a $4 OYNO catalina.

I guess I shouldn't complain though since due to a coupon error in my favor, if you take off the $7 of ice cream and the $4 OYNO they actually paid me to buy everything else :)

Overheard at the Leesville HT this afternoon (Thursday):  Two women complaing how they hate those extreme couponers, how awful they are, and how they give couponers a bad name.  This is right after one of them finished bragging about how she "already" scored 9 free bottles of dish soap.

Maybe this is why I can't find many of the items I'm looking for and I had to spend $80 on 90-something dollars worth of groceries.  Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

I purchased:  4 Martha White Muffin mixes, 2 cans of Campbell's Select Harvest soup, 1 pkg. Whonu cookies, 1 pkg. Chips Ahoy cookies, 1 pkg. Pedigree Good Bites, 1 pkg. Rachael Ray Just 6 dog treats, 1/2 gallon Smart Balance Milk, 1 Bestlife butter spread and only paid $2.59!  Of course this included my $4 coupon from a couple of weeks ago from Blue Diamonds.

I did pretty well, spending $23 for $48 worth of groceries.

Here were some of the highlights of my trip:

• Several boxes of FiberOne80 that I purchased for $2 each because I had some $1 off coupons I picked up at my gym, which doubled.
• Men's Gilette Bodywash cost me 1.49 after the sale and a $1 coupon that doubled.
• Aquafresh toothpase was 99 cents after the store sale and my $1 coupon that doubled.
• Coffee creamers were a big hit this week between the sales and coupons.

Also, this exercise was good for me because I noticed a mistake on my receipt with one of my toothpaste purchases ringing up for $4.29.  It was probably on the shelf in the wrong spot. I'll return it next time I head back to Harris Teeter.  So reviewing my receipt in detail saved me money as well. I probably wouldn't have noticed!

I love Super Doubles! I spent $23, and saved $63. My favorite deal was the Chock Full O'nuts Coffee. I had .75/1 coupon and it was on sale for 3.49 making it $1 for a can of coffee. I also snagged some free milk, the Sara Lee bread, Furmano's Pizza Sauce, yeast, Rhode's rolls etc etc. I was happy with the deals and will be going back!! 

I was very excited by the Wolfgang Puck sauce, Smart Balance milk and Aveeno score.

Got to HT too late to get some of the deals, but I did get the Activate yogurt, Fermanos tomatoes and Sara Lee bread deals. My savings was about 60%. They were all out of the Campbells soup and the Dominos sugar.

I did get over to Food Lion who had BOGO on Progresso Soup plus the 4/$1 coupon and saved $5.60 off 4 cans.

I picked up several deals mentioned but one of my favorites was the Ocean Spray Sparking juice drinks --on sale bogo for $4.29 -  had 2 $1 coupons from the fair that doubled making each 4 pack only 14 & 15 cents!  Also loved the free smart balance milk but only had one coupon for that!

Just a quick stop-off this morning: Bought one Smart Balance milk, four Blue Diamond nut thins, and a Sara Lee bread.  Paid $4.97 and got the $4 catalina on the nut thins.  So basically paid $0.84 for the bread and nothing for the others, plus tax.

Spent $20...saved $40.  Got a bottle of Dawn and a tub of Country Crock for free!  Got good deals on Hanover beans, Sara Lee bread, Jello.  Probably the first trip to Harris Teeter of many during this sale.  Was a little disappointed when alot of the coupons I had didn't match up with what they had in stock.  Oh well....will try another store next trip!  Happy couponing everyone!

Good Morning! I got 3 milks, 6 instant puddings, 2 wolfgang puck sauces, 3 carpet fresh, a febreeze set and fresh (or whatever it's called), a febreeze air effects, 2 campbells kettle cooks, 4 ortega taco/fajita seasonings, 1 guacamole, and 3 hidden valley (I think) salad dressings, for $3.66 with a $1.50 off catilina. Yay Harris Teeter!

I just enjoyed getting a gallon of free Smart Balance milk!

I saved over $75.  Spent less than $20 and got a $4 coupon to use on my shop tomorrow!

One deal I didn't see on your list:  Welch's Essentials juice =  29 cents!  Sale price $3.29.  There is a $1 ZVR e-vic coupon and $1 off one Welch's juice from Sept 25's inserts.  I think the same deal would also work for Light Welch's.
