Sun, 08/14/2011 - 20:39 — AmyDunn (author)My sincere apologies! I'm not sure why you would not be receiving the Kroger ad. Please call subscriber services to let them know this has happened two weeks in a row so they can prevent it from happening a third time!
Missing a coupon insert
Sun, 08/14/2011 - 14:42 — ccannady2I did not receive the Red Plum insert in my paper; I am a Sunday only subscriber. I've checked and pulled apart everything several times! What should I do?
I am so sorry that happened.
Sun, 08/14/2011 - 20:34 — AmyDunn (author)I am so sorry that happened. I wish I could offer you better advice, but the only thing I know to do is call subscriber services and ask for their help. Not sure what they can do and it may be a matter of timing. The earlier you call in the a.m. the more likely they may be able to help you. If there is a particular coupon you were hoping to get in the Red Plum, please send me an email (amy.dunn@newsobserver.com) and I'll see what I can do.
