The drugstores are all offering freebies this week, some you have to work harder for than others. There's even a few opportunities to make some money with the right coupons. My favorite bargain, though, is probably the Dove deal at Walgreens and CVS. With the right coupons and rewards cash, you can walk away with soap, body wash and anti-perspirants for pennies on the dollar.
At Kroger, you can pick up some free pasta, 49-cent hot dogs and the cheapest soda around at $2.40 a 12-pack when you buy 5 packs.
The best of the rest: Target has got the best deal on sweet corn: five ears for $1. And Wal-Mart has a killer deal on Ball Park hot dogs.
Read on for all the deals.
At CVS:
RepHresh Brilliant tampons (18 count): $6.79 - $6.79 Extra Bucks = FREE. Click here to print a $1/1 coupon and it's a moneymaker.
Xtra laundry detergent (28 loads): $1.49 - $1/1 coupon (a blinkie spotted around the Triangle) = 49 cents per bottle. A killer deal.
Wisk and All laundry detergents: BOGO. Use two $2/1 coupons on Wisk (6/26 Red Plum) for a very good deal.
(Or use two $1/1 coupons on All (6/5 Red Plum) for an OK deal.)
Pantene Pro-V hair products: 2/$6.97 - $2 Extra Bucks - $3/2 coupon (6/19 Smart Source) = 99 cents each when you buy 2. A good, solid deal, though not as good as the deal at Lowes Foods this week.
Huggies (jumbo pack) diapers: 2/$18 - $4 in Extra Bucks - two $1.50/1 coupons (6/12 Smart Source) = $5.50 each when you buy 2.
Powerade, Vitaminwater, Smartwater, Fuze and Honest Tea: $1 each. Buy five for $5 - $2 Extra Bucks = 5/$3 or 60 cents each.
There's a Dove deal that gives you $5 in Extra Bucks when you spend $15. Numerous products are on sale and can be matched with coupons from the 5/15 and 6/26 Red Plum inserts.
Here's one scenario:
2 Dove Men+Care anti-perspirants: 2/$7 and 2 Dove Men+Care body wash: $5 each. Total: $17
Use two $2/1 coupons on the anti-perspirant (6/26 Red Plum) and 1 BOGO coupon on the body wash (6/26 Red Plum) - $5 Extra Bucks = 4/$3 or 75 cents each. A great deal.
Spend $25 on iTunes gift cards and get $5 in Extra Bucks. Anytime you can get a discount on gift cards, you're getting a good deal.
Edy's ice cream: BOGO - $1/2 coupon (6/12 Smart Source).
Hellmann's mayo (22-30 oz.): BOGO - .25/1 (6/26 Red Plum).
The free gas card deal continues. Spend $30 in select products and get a $10 gas card free. Most of the qualifying products this week are candy and snacks again, though Canada Dry, A&W and Sunkist soft drinks are also included.
Deals without coupons:
Just the Basics purified water (16.9 oz. 24-pack): $2.88.

Domino Sugar (4 lb.): $2.49 with in-ad coupon - .50/1 coupon (5/22 Red Plum) = $1.99.
Pringles (5.71 to 6.73 oz.): 4/$6 - $2 Register Reward - $1/3 coupon (5/22 and 6/26 Red Plum) = 4/$3 or 75 cents a can, a good deal if you like these.

Hawaiian Tropic Spray or Creme Sun Care is BOGO, then use $1/1 coupons (6/26 Smart Source).
There are two Register Rewards deals on Dove products to go with all the Dove product coupons in the 6/26 Red Plum. A couple of scenarios:
Buy 4 Dove Men+Care body wash - $5 Register Reward - two BOGO Men+Care coupons = 4/$2.50 or 63 cents each!
If the Men+Care anti-perspirants are included in the deal use four $2/1 coupons = 50 cents each after $5 Register Reward.

Johnson's baby care products: 2/$6 - $1 Register Reward - two .50/1 coupons (6/5 Red Plum) = 2/$4, a decent price.
Deals without coupons:
Milk (1 gallon): $2.99. Anything under $3 is a good price in my book.
Pepsi 2 liters: 88 cents each.

Chicken of the Sea sardines (3.75 oz) or Chunk Light Tuna (5 oz): 55 cents. Limit 3.

Store-brand bags of candy (13-16 oz.): BOGO for $2.99.
Foster Grant, Studio 35 or kids' sunglasses: BOGO.
And finally, if you're an AARP member, show your card at the checkout and receive a coupon for $5 off when you spend $20 or more. Good on your next in-store purchase 6/26 through 7/30.
At Kerr Drug:
There's a prescription drug transfer coupon good for a free $25 gift card on the front page of the circular.
A few other good deals, no coupons required:

Wisk laundry detergent (26-32 loads): BOGO or $3.25 each - $2 coupon (6/26 Red Plum) = $1.25, a great price.
There's also a promotion that gives you $3 off your order instantly when you purchase 10 participating products. Some of the possibilities:
Oscar Mayer weiners: $1.29 each. Buy 2 - .60 discount - $1/2 coupon (5/15 and 6/19 Smart Source) = 49 cents each! An incredible price.
Dial body wash: $3.18 - .30 discount - $2/1 coupon (6/12 Red Plum) = 88 cents, a great deal.
Other participating products and the price after discount:
Kraft barbecue sauce: 69 cents.
Gatorade or G2: 69 cents.
Coke 2 liters: 89 cents.
There's lots of potential here but be careful as you're assembling your deal. Many Kroger stores limit you to two identical coupons per order so you can't buy 10 packages of OM weiners or 10 Dial body washes - despite what you may have seen on the Extreme Couponing show!
Deals without coupons:
Peaches: 88 cents/pound.
Sweet corn: 25 cents each.
Tyson split chicken breasts: 99 cents/pound.
Ground beef (75/25): $1.99/pound, sold in 3 lb. rolls.
Pepsi products (16 oz. bottles/6-packs): Buy 4, Get 1 Free, which makes them $2 each. You must buy all five to get the deal.
Coke or RC 12-packs: Buy 4, Get 1 Free, which makes these $2.40 each. Once again, you must buy all five to get that price.
At Target:
Pepperidge Farm cookies (7.5-oz.) and crackers (6 oz.): $2 each. Use the $1/1 coupon (4/10 and 6/12 Smart Source) = $1 per package. A great deal.
MorningStar Farms products: $2.99 - $1/2 coupon you can print at target.com - two $1/1 coupons (spotted in booklets at grocery stores throughout the Triangle) = $1.49 each, a decent price for these. If you haven't had any luck finding the coupon booklets, print a $1/1 coupon here.
Gift card deals:
SoBe Lifewater, Lean Tea or Pure: $1 each. Buy 10 and get a $5 Target gift card. There are tearpad coupons on these floating around so if you're lucky enough to have any of these, this could be a super deal.
Playtex Gentle Glide or Sport (36 count): $6.99. Buy 2 at $13.98 - two $1.50 coupons (5/22 Smart Source) = $10.98. Then receive a $5 Target gift card, making them essentially $2.99 per box.
Edy's ice cream (1.5 quart): $2.99. Buy 5 - two $1/2 coupons (6/12 Smart Source) = $12.95. Then get a $5 Target gift card, effectively lowering your cost to $1.60 per package. Not a bad deal for Edy's ice cream.
Deals without coupons:
Coke 12-packs: $2.50 each. A good solid price, and the only deal that doesn't require you to buy multiple 12-packs.
Doritoes (select varieties): $2 each.
Deer Park water (24-pack, 16.9 oz.): $3.69.
Sweet corn: Five ears for $1, a great deal.
At Wal-Mart:
Ball Park franks (16 oz): $1.50 - .75/2 coupon (6/5 Red Plum) = $1.12 each for 2.
Kraft Mayo or Miracle Whip (30 oz): $2.50. Buy 2 - $1/2 coupon (6/19 Smart Source) = $2 each when you buy 2. (But you can get them cheaper this week at Harris Teeter. With Super Doubles, two jars are $2.69 total.)
