Raleigh ranked No. 5 among best cities for cheapskates

Raleigh has once again made it onto a top-ten list -- this time ranking among the 10 best U.S. cities for cheapskates.

The City of Oaks comes in at No. 5 on Kiplinger's list for 2013.

Looking for cities with below-average living costs and higher-than-average incomes, the magazine gave Raleigh highest marks for having the lowest average housing costs -- nearly 31 percent below the national average.
