Kroger savings tips:
*In North Carolina, which is part of the chain's Mid-Atlantic region, Kroger doubles coupons seven days a week up to 50 cents in face value, meaning a 50-cent coupon will take $1 off your grocery bill. A 75-cent coupon is worth just 75 cents.
*Up to five identical coupons may be used in a single order, but there's no limit on the total number of coupons you may use.
*During Kroger's frequent 10 for $10 sales, you DON'T have to buy all ten to score the deal. Each item is individually priced at $1.
*Kroger offers digital coupons, which you may load onto your loyalty card. The digital coupons do NOT double and may NOT be combined with paper coupons.
*Seniors save 5 percent on their total grocery bill every Tuesday.
