JCPenney offers free haircuts to breast cancer survivors

During the month of October, JCPenney is giving free haircuts to breast cancer survivors at its salons nationwide.

The free cuts and styles are being given in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Also, JCPenney will donate $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for each of the first 50,000 free haircuts.
