Harris Teeter using Facebook to promote unadvertised deals

Bookmark and Share

Harris Teeter sent out a message via Twitter this morning alerting folks to unadvertised specials it has posted on its Facebook page.

These are in addition to the emailed e-vic specials the grocery chain sends out on Friday mornings to customers.

Good today, Saturday and Sunday only, here are the deals:

2.5 pound bags of quick-frozen chicken breasts: $4.99. Limit 2.

Fun-size bag of Snickers candy bars (11.8 oz.): $1.99. Limit 2.

Snickers Peanut Butter singles bars: 3/$1. Limit 6.

You must be signed up for the e-vic program to get these Facebook specials. They will ring up at the e-vic sale price when you scan your customer card.

I appreciate your posting

I appreciate your posting these, as I don't use Facebook or Twitter.  I find it annoying that companies will sometimes put specials up in such places and then those of us who don't use those applications will miss out.

Glad to do it.....and I know

Glad to do it.....and I know what you're saying. I feel the same about the e-coupons, which are hard to access and use effectively without a smart phone.
