Harris Teeter triples: A good deals list for Triangle shoppers

Bookmark and Share

Looks like there will be deals galore during Harris Teeter's Triple Coupon promotion, which starts this Wednesday, Sept. 14 and runs through Tuesday, Sept 20.

With my coupon binder and notepad in hand, I scoped out the deals at my local Harris Teeter and found a multitude of bargains, including 10 FREE items and another 12 that will cost 25 cents or less!

And remember, these are the deals on regularly priced items and items that have longer-lasting sale dates. Even more bargains will surface once the new sales circular becomes available. So be sure to check back later for updates.

My list is specifically tailored to Triangle shoppers, using Triangle store prices and coupons readily available here, either through newspaper inserts, magazines or Internet printing.

One last thing: Please remember to follow Harris Teeter's coupon policy, which limits shoppers to tripling 20 coupons per day. No more than three identical coupons. No more than two identical Internet coupons.

Thank you!

Thank you so much for all your work in doing this! It's a real time saver for me and I am also able to get items that I wouldn't use so I can donate them. Unfortunately for me, it looks like a lot of people use your blog because I see a lot of empty spots. As far as the peanut butter, I only had one coupon....do you buy multiple papers?

Another triples list

There is a link I found on Southern Savers for triples.  It may help you on your shopping trip.  Good luck.

yay! thank you thank you!

yay! thank you thank you!

Start time on Wednesday?

I don't frequent HT usually.  Are they open 24 hours...and if so...what time will they start tripling...or is it specific to the store?

Thanks in advance!

Triples begin at 7 a.m.,

Triples begin at 7 a.m., regardless of store hours. Lots of shoppers go early, fill their carts and get in line at 7. Good luck to you!

Early birds really do catch the worm!

Wow...I don't know if I'm ready for this challenge lol.

:)

Thank you for all your super, very useful help to help fill our cupboard!

Many thanks

This will be an awesome primer list for Wednesday.  Kudos to all the hard work!

Do Not Double or Triple Coupons

Some of these coupons state Do Not Double on them and according to Harris Teeter's Coupon Policy if it says Do Not Double they will not double or triple them. Some examples are the Snackwell's bars and the Sara Lee Kids Bread.

Check the barcode number. If

Check the barcode number. If it starts with a 5 it will double/triple. If it starts with a 9 it will not.

Carrie is correct. That is

Carrie is correct. That is HT policy, but one that the stores themselves don't seem to follow, at least in my experience. It is much like the BOGO policy that used to be in place, which corporate eventually changed to mirror how the stores were actually handling the coupons.

Tear pad

What exactly (or where would one find) these tear pad coupons? Thanks!

Searching for tear pad coupons

Ah. The elusive search for tear pad coupons. Some are easier to find than others. Right now there are lots of tear pads out, typically attached to store shelves or store displays. Some stores seem to have them more frequently than others. Food Lion, for instance, seems to have more tear pads than Harris Teeter. And convenience stores often have tear pads for soft drinks and candy. Good luck on your hunt!

Thank you for the long list and all your hard work going into it.!
