Here's an updated list of bargains for Harris Teeter's Super Double coupon promotion, which starts at 7 a.m.Wednesday, Sept. 12, and runs through Sept. 18.
This update includes 11 freebies and dozens of grocery deals for under a dollar, along with a complete list of what coupons to use and where to find them. If it's a printable coupon, you'll find the link to that, too.
In addition to the deals from the sales circular, you'll find numerous unadvertised freebies and deals. Some of them are brand-new sale items not included in the weekly ad, some of them are items that continue to be on sale from last week and others are regularly priced groceries that end up a deal after coupons.
Keep in mind, the list is specifically tailored to Triangle shoppers, using Triangle store prices and coupons readily available here, either through newspaper inserts, magazines or Internet printing. No sense getting frustrated looking for a deal we can't get here!

Harris Teeter's Super Double Coupon policy:
You may super double up to 20 coupons per day per household. No more than three identical coupons. No more than two identical Internet coupons. Coupons with a face value of up to and including $2 will double. That means a $1.50 coupon will double to $3. A $2 coupon will double to $4. A $2.50 coupon is still worth $2.50.
A few tips for a more successful Super Doubles shop:
If you want to score the best deals, I recommend arriving at your store about 6:30 a.m. That will give you a half hour to shop and you'll be ready to check out at 7 a.m. when the promotion officially begins.
Don't expect your "DO NOT Double/Triple" coupons to Super Double. Harris Teeter's policy states the chain won't double them but many stores do. If one happens to double, consider it a bonus.
Don't forget to load your digital coupons onto your Harris Teeter loyalty card because Harris Teeter welcomes the combined use of digital and paper coupons and that means extra savings. You'll find the link on your E-Vic customer email. Note: While the vast majority of digital coupon offers are the same, not everyone gets the identical set.

Mon, 09/17/2012 - 19:26 — AlisabefHelp! The $10 oyno did not print and customer service said I had to have something saying it would print to get the coupon. What can I do? Very disappointed I didnt get this.
$10 Kraft coupon
Tue, 09/18/2012 - 17:08 — AmyDunn (author)Last day of Catalina deal was 9/15. If you purchased on or before, send the Catalina company and email or call them. Folks there can look up your transaction and make good on it. Good luck to you!
Sambazon Gone?
Wed, 09/12/2012 - 13:53 — bgcorbinIt looks like the Sambazon coupon is no longer on the site.

Wed, 09/12/2012 - 16:23 — AmyDunn (author)Rats! Those printables have a habit of disappering quickly during a coupon event. Keep a look-out though. It may be re-released. Or we may see some completely new ones appear over the weekend.
Starbucks coffee
Wed, 09/12/2012 - 08:37 — dstewartI just looked at my HT Specials email and it lists the 20 0z Starbucks as $11.99. With the $1.50 doubling, that comes out to $8.99. You might do better somewhere else for that one.
That's a case where the
Wed, 09/12/2012 - 16:21 — AmyDunn (author)That's a case where the smaller size is a better deal, though I was keeping my fingers crossed that it would be on sale this time around.
Oh well. Maybe next time.
Cheese deal
Wed, 09/12/2012 - 07:16 — eblanchardUnfortunately, I don't have any cheese coupons (didn't get the paper that week) So do you still think it's a deal to buy 10 packs then get the $10 OYNO, making them $1 each? I could freeze the packs. I'm hoping I'll get my $10 off $50 Recylebank coupon too so that could help. What do you think Amy?
Cheese deal
Wed, 09/12/2012 - 08:23 — AmyDunn (author)I think $1 per package is still a terrific deal. Just be sure to get the 8 oz. packages. Those are the only ones that qualify.
how is cherrios a moneymaker?
Tue, 09/11/2012 - 18:09 — newsvlsIf each box is $1.77, when you use one of the $1/2 coupons, you'll have to buy two boxes at 3.54, but you only get $2 back. So, when you get both of the other digial coupons that still leaves you paying 0.54 cents for two boxes. Is there some other way that makes this into a money maker?
Cheerios moneymaker
Tue, 09/11/2012 - 18:58 — AmyDunn (author)Hey there! It's a moneymaker only if you buy one and use one of the .50/1 printables.
Otherwise, using the $1.10/2 on BC.com, they are 17 cents each after HT digital and SavingStar credit.
Sorry for any confusion!
Did some of the internet
Tue, 09/11/2012 - 16:43 — jjtn17Did some of the internet printables disappear? :(
Once the coupon has reached
Tue, 09/11/2012 - 16:46 — AmyDunn (author)Once the coupon has reached its print limit, it will disappear.
Also, on Find N Save and other coupon printing sites powered by coupons.com, once you print the coupon once, it will move to the last page of the listing. But you can print each coupon twice so long as the site doesn't completely pull the coupon.
Hope that helps.
Ken's Marinade
Mon, 09/10/2012 - 14:24 — chandler0201What coupon makes the Marinade free? I noticed that part was blank. Thanks!
