There used to be dozens of highly negative, detailed reviews online via other ranking sites, but they appear to have been removed. I'm not sure how that could have happened. Hmmmm. . . .
The complaints at the BBB are reflective of the ones that used to be available online. One can also scroll down at the standard review sites to the second and third pages, as every time there's a negative review, several practically identical positive reviews show up that push the negative reviews off of the front pages.
I am not stating anything about them one way or another. I simply recommend that N&O readers do due diligence before choosing an automechanic.

In an industry that has traditionally had "trust" issues, I have always been pleased with their work and the customer service. I've only used the Cary and Raleigh stores however and cannot speak for the RTP store.
