Ice cream lovers take note: Haagen-Dazs shops will be giving away free cones on Tuesday, May 8.
That's because Tuesday is "Free Cone Day" at participating stores.
The giveaway is from 4 to 8 p.m. Customers may choose their favorite flavor.
In North Carolina, three stores are participating -- two in the Triangle and one in Charlotte:
