Through the holiday weekend, Blockbuster stores are offering free movie rentals when you rent one new release. The deal is good through July 4 at store-fronts, not the Blockbuster Express kiosks. You must rent one $2.99 new release, which entitles you to unlimited movies priced $1.99 or less for free. The freebies are one-day rentals and are limited to one at a time. And here's a good one for the kids. On Tuesday, kids ages 6 to 14 can build a free mini model of a lighthouse at the Lego Store at Crabtree Valley Mall. The event starts at 5 p.m. while supplies last.
