Is the Target freebies site new? I knew Target had its own coupons site, but didn't know about the freebies. Thanks for your prior post on freebies...it was very helpful! :)

Its free samples are few and far between, seem to run out very quickly, and oftentimes the site doesn't work properly. I love Target and prefer it to Walmart, but in this one instance, I think Target could learn something from Walmart's free samples page, which always works well.
I'm hoping the tissues free sample shows up. The site did the same thing for me as you described but when I tried to sign up again (thinking it had not gone through), the site said a sample had already been requested. I guess time will tell.
